Consider This

Every day begins the same.  We get out of bed, go to the bathroom, use the sink, and fill our cups and bowls for breakfast and so on.  But what if we didn’t have these types of vessels to contain water and food and other essentials?  With all the physics aside, (e.g. How did the water get to the shower head in the first place?) not having vessels would make life a whole lot harder.
The concept of containing an object within another object seems somewhat redundant.  But it is so very necessary in order for us to go about our normal lives.  We put water in water bottles.  We use shampoo and soap in bottles.  We eat cereal out of a box.  On the surface, it seems silly to even think about the importance of containing and separating like items.  I’m suggesting that it sounds silly because it is.  It is absolutely necessary to put milk in a carton and keep jelly in a jar.  If these things weren’t contained, they would succumb to physics and spill and separate and turn to chaos.  I submit that my life would be worse without the existence of containers.
